I order from sunrider.com often because the products I use are usually in stock, which I really appreciate. There have been a couple of times where something I needed was unavailable, which was a little frustrating, but it did come back fairly quickly. The site is simple enough to check before placing an order, so that helps. Overall, it’s not perfect, but I’ve definitely had better luck here than with some other places.

I decided to order from Sunrider because a friend of mine uses their products and seems to like them. I was interested, but I had a tough time finding clear ingredient information on the website.

Some of the products show a little bit of detail, but I really wanted to see full labels and exact amounts before buying. It felt like I had to click around and dig more than I should have, and even after that, some things still were not very clear.

The products may be totally fine, but ingredient transparency matters a lot to me. I do not like feeling like I am guessing about what I am putting in my body.

I actually liked it and the quality seems good, but the price is just too high for what I’d want to spend

I’ve been ordering from Sunrider for a little while now, it’s been a easy part of my daily routine. The teas and drinks feel light and not overly intense, which I appreciate because I’m absolutely staying calm and not overthinking everything I put in my body.

Shipping has been fine, the website is simple enough to use, and overall I feel a bit more balanced with steadier energy most days. Nothing dramatic, just a nice little thing that seems to help, and I’m happy with it

The quality was okay. Some of the items were actually good, but a few felt a little weak. I’m not saying it’s terrible or anything, so don’t take it that way, it just wasn’t amazing across the board.

I’ve bought from Sunrider a few times now, and overall I feel like the value is solid. Some products cost a little more than what I’d usually pay, especially compared to a few similar brands I’ve tried, but they tend to last longer so it kind of evens out. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but for the quality and how long the products last, I’d still say it’s worth it if you use them often.

I had to send back one item from my order, and I’ll admit I assumed it was going to be a bit of a hassle like returns usually are. It did start off a little slow, which kind of confirmed that feeling at first, but support eventually got back to me and the refund showed up a few days later. Not a flawless experience, but okay overall

I was really hoping this would give me a solid energy boost, but i only felt a small difference. Not terrible or anything, just kind of disappointing because I expected MORE...

I tried ordering from sunrider.com, it was such a headache. The site kept messing up my cart, checkout took forever, and I couldn’t even tell if my payment had gone through. It was ridiculous. After wasting way too much time on it, I just gave up...

My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but I did notice one corner of the box was bent when it arrived. Thankfully nothing inside was broken or leaking, which was a relief. The items were packed okay, but I think they could’ve used a little more padding just to be safe. It wasn’t a bad experience, but the packaging didn’t feel totally secure either.

Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. What made it more annoying was that it felt like they kept leaning on little policy loopholes instead of just giving a straight answer. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

I’ve been using Sunrider for a long time now , and they’ve always felt like a solid , reliable brand to me . I’ve never really had any reason to question them .

I wasn’t expecting much, but the checkout was actually really simple and quick. No annoying steps or confusion, which was a nice surprise.

I tried a couple of the drinks, but the flavor came off kinda bitter to me, even after adding more water. It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just thought it’d taste a little better

I really wanted this to help, but my stomach felt just as bloated as before. I gave it a fair try and didn’t notice any real difference. What made it more frustrating was that there was no follow-up at all to see how it was working or if I had any issues. Definitely not buying again.

I liked the natural, herbal angle. That is what made me try Sunrider in the first place. The ingredients sounded good to me. But after using the products for a while, I just did not notice much change.
The price also felt a bit high for what I got. Maybe they work better for someone else. For me, they were just okay. I probably would not hurry to buy them again.

The sales side felt way too pushy, and then when I actually needed help, distributor support just never got back to me. Frustrating experience overall, Not really worth it

The shipping has taken soooo long... and it still hasn't even arrived yet!!! Frustrating, to be honest...

I’ve got a sensitive stomach, so I was expecting at least some kind of issue, but I felt totally fine. Weirdly, I remember taking it right after spilling water all over my socks, and still, no nausea or anything strange afterward.
